In September, we sponsored a talk by Sally Britton, a Norwich, Vermont resident who spent 2 months in Palestine as part of a Christian Peacemaker Team. Sally showed us slides of the people of Hebron and the surrounding villages, and described the tensions and difficulties of daily life. This included a discussion of the history of this volatile area of the Middle East.
