Building Bridges: Middle East-US, begun in February 2002, conducts a program of public education to improve mutual understanding between Middle East countries and the US. Besides our web resource, we sponsor lectures, films and conferences – and hope to create opportunities for regular citizen dialogue via exchange visits. This project is conceived to address the long-term issues that people have become aware of since September 11.
